But being a member of a church family is something different. It is about walking together in faith and mutual commitments to one another as we become more like Christ. At The Edge, we talk about being part of The Edge family.
Edge CONNECT is a time to learn about what it means to be part of The Edge family. We are eager, not just to tell, but to show you what that means. During our time together we will have a chance to share stories, talk about the mission of the church, and discuss our own roles as a part of this community called The Edge.
This is a time to ask questions and to learn. The conversation is open and informal. If you're looking for a church home or still exploring, we invite you to join us. There is an Edge CONNECT Class every month that you are welcome to join.

Format for Edge Connect
We will be hosting these sessions in person. There are four parts. Each month we tackle a different subject related to being a part of our community. All sessions start on a Sunday at noon and finish around 2:00pm. A light lunch will be served during class.

> CONNECT Faith (February, June, October): in which we talk about our beliefs and theology.
> CONNECT Freedom (March, July, November): in which we talk about what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and how that shapes our everyday lives.
> CONNECT Community (April, August, December): in which we talk about being a part of The Edge, covering our mission, vision, values, and what membership here is all about.
> CONNECT Purpose (May, September, January): in which we talk about our gifts and callings and see how being a part of a church can equip and empower us to live lives of service and mission.
